Welcome to part two of my chat with author, writer and keynote speaker Summer Land. Today we're talking about sleep and who doesn't need more of that, or in my case better sleep.

Before Summer moved to Australia, she'd always been a great sleeper. But the move and inevitable stress of such a huge life event soon found Summer struggling to sleep and when she did, the sleep quality wasn't great. In an endeavour to 'fix the problem', Summer turned to medication and as she shares, soon became a closet sleeping pill addict. But the pills didn't help and the more she took, the worse her sleep, her mood and her health; something had to give.

As a writer and researcher, Summer did what she does best and tackled the problem of sleep, and in this episode, Summer shares what she's learned and the practices she uses to help get a good night's sleep.
